Our Patients Say
Psychiatric Evaluation
Psychiatric Evaluation
A comprehensive diagnostic interview is done for each new patient. Following that we discuss recommendations that may include therapy, medications, educational placement, lifestyle changes and many other aspects. We help you piece together the puzzle to understanding yourself and your condition.
Psychotherapy
We can help you work on any area in your life that you would like to change. With the right psycho therapeutic interventions we can help you work on specific problems, understand your patterns, deal with trauma or day to day stressors. Our goal is to help you achieve the best self you can be.
Medication Management
Making a decision about psychotropic medications can be confusing. We can help you weigh risks and benefits and understand your medications. We offer ongoing monitoring for psychotropic medications. When needed we use genetic testing to guide in medication choices as well and in lifestyle adjustments.
Functional Assessment
Functional Assessment
Every person is different in their genetic make up, lifestyle, nutritional status and habits. We work to assess all factors that contribute to a person's mental state and help them reach equilibrium. When needed we use genetic and functional testing to achieve that through dietary changes, supplements as well as lifestyle changes.
Telepsychiatry
Telepsychiatry
